1. How long will it take for me to receive an order?
All orders ship Monday – Friday. Orders placed before 1 PM PST (2 PM MST, 3 PM CST, 4 PM EST) ship same-day. Transit time begins the following day.

2. Is this the professional wholesale pricing?
Yes. All pricing in your Pro Access account is manufacturer-direct wholesale pricing for licensed professionals only. Pricing is displayed in USD with no hidden fees.
3. Do you offer discounts?
We do not offer sales or discounts. Our prices are wholesale to stylists and salons only — we do not sell at retail prices or buy in bulk from exporters.
All extensions are hand-made by our production house in India, which is owned by Hair & Compounds. Our boutique approach to producing hair extensions and sourcing only the best quality raw human hair leaves very little room for discounting, but we believe it's well worth it to control the quality and type of hair we supply.
4. What is shipping insurance?
Optional protection against loss, theft, or damage during transit. Recommended for high-value orders or deliveries to locations with package theft concerns.
5. What's the quickest way to get an order in?
Log in → Verify inventory → Add to cart → Checkout. Submit before 1 PM PST for same-day shipping. Pro tip: Verify your billing address matches your bank's records to avoid payment delays.
Top 5 Problems (And Quick Fixes)
Problem #1: Can't find product information or guides
Fix: From the main menu, go to Help → Hair Guides. For product information, go to Order and select How to Order Cylinder, How to Order Wefts, or How to Order Poly. Can't find what you need? Text Us.
Problem #2: Can't locate Special Batches
Fix: From the main menu, go to Order → View Collections. Scroll down until you see Special Batches. These are limited inventory items that sell out fast.
Problem #3: Can't find order history
Fix: Log in → Click "Order History" or "My Orders" in your account menu. View all past orders, tracking info, and invoices.
Problem #4: Credit card declined / Multiple pending charges
Common causes:
- Card name doesn't match account name — Submit an authorization form if using someone else's card
- Billing address doesn't match bank records — Verify with your bank and update in your account
- Multiple pending charges are showing — Our bank has already voided these. Your bank will release the holds within 3–5 days.
Fix: Verify the billing address with your bank before retrying. Don't submit payment multiple times.
Problem #5: Payment authorized, but order not confirmed
What's happening: Your bank approved the charge, but the transaction is under review or awaiting inventory verification.
Fix: Wait 24 hours for the confirmation email. If nothing arrives, contact support — don't place a duplicate order.
