Long Lengths in Premium
We use both USPS and UPS as our main shipping service for all deliveries. Orders received by 3 PM West Coast will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 3 PM will ship the following business day. Shipping out of Los Angeles area.
Do not count weekends or main holidays as transit days. Outbound shipping is on business days only (M-F). The day you place the order does not count as a day in transit.
Free Standard: 3-5 days shipping time via USPS. Available for orders up to 1 pound only.
Priority Mail: 1-3 days shipping time via USPS. No insurance coverage and no signature required.
*Please note that for office buildings, the postal service will not bring the package to the suite number. They will leave all packages in the buildings lock box for retrieval.
UPS Ground: 1-5 business days (see map) guaranteed delivery by end of day.
UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days guaranteed delivery by end of day. Recommended for East Coast and Southern states only.
2nd Day Air: 2 business days guaranteed delivery by end of day.
2nd Day Air AM: 2 business days guaranteed delivery by 10:30 AM of second day. For business addresses only.
Next Day Air: 1 business day guaranteed delivery by 10:30 AM of next morning.
Next Day Saver: 1 business day guaranteed delivery by 3 PM of next day.
Next Day Early AM: 1 business day guaranteed delivery by 8 AM of next day.
Please call for Saturday delivery service as this is not available online.

We provide the tracking numbers so that you can log in at anytime after your order has shipped for latest information.
Please be sure to click on the tracking number link that will redirect to either UPS or USPS website for complete status and delivery information.
We do not have more information than what is shown with the tracking links. Please do contact us if there is a delay past the delivery time so that we can initiate a claim, issue a refund and ship another order if necessary. 818-997-8810.
1. For International orders all duties and charges are the customer’s responsibility.
2. We cannot guarantee the performance of any carrier and will not be held liable for any shipment delays or errors that are the responsibility of the carrier. We will refund the shipping costs if the carrier is responsible for the delay and work with you to get your order on time.
3. Insurance can be purchased for an additional cost on any shipment. Email email@example.com with your request and we will provide a quote that can be added to your final invoice.
Please note that all carriers will not refund or process a claim for a shipment that shows delivered but you are unable to locate it. Both UPS and USPS provide date, time and location of delivery. Hair & Compounds will not be held liable for shipments shown as delivered.
All products can be accepted as a return or exchange within 30 days after receipt of your order provided they are unused or altered and in their original packaging. We do not offer refunds on the original shipping charges but will send a label for return shipping.
All hair extension orders are thoroughly inspected throughout the manufacturing of your order and primarily before its completion. Every hair extension and bundle of hair is hand washed, vigorously tangle tested and air dried as part of our quality control procedures. Our primary concern is to make sure you and your customers are completely satisfied and therefore you must inspect your order(s) immediately after receiving them.
We encourage you to have your client inspect the products and only install if completely satisfied. Installation of hair extensions is acceptance of the products and will no longer be applicable for a return or exchange. If you chemically alter the hair, the hair is no longer guaranteed under our policy.
If you or your client are not 100% happy with the hair quality, color, texture, finish or any aspect of the hair extensions upon receipt, return immediately for exchange or refund.
If there is a problem with the hair quality after installation that was not visible after installation, contact us immediately and within the first 30 days from receipt of the hair. This does not apply to hair that has been chemically altered. We will check the batch and fully disclose our findings.
We guarantee the quality of the hair and will work with the stylist to either find out what may have gone wrong with styling, replace the hair or find a different kind of hair that will work for the client.
If products arrived damaged please contact us within 3 working days from the date you received the goods. Please retain all products, packing material and boxes for claim purposes as all shipments are insured. You will be instructed if a shipment requires investigation. We will be filing a complaint with the shipping company and must follow their protocol for insurance claims.
If your guaranteed shipping service was not delivered on time, please let us know immediately. You will be refunded in full for the shipping charges.

Normally for custom hair orders only, we are offering a small collection of Long Premium Hair for Poly or Cylinder Extensions.
- Select Large (25 strands) in Cylinder (micro ring) or Poly (polymer fusion) strands.
- Premium hair is 70% double drawn where 70% of the short hairs are removed giving the last few inches tapered ends for natural looking hair extensions.
- Each bundle is 25 grams or 0.8 ounce.
