Shipping

We use both USPS and UPS as our main shipping service for all deliveries. Orders received by 3 PM West Coast will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 3 PM will ship the following business day. Shipping out of Los Angeles area. 

Do not count weekends or main holidays as transit days. Also the day you place the order does not count as a day in transit. 
 
Free Standard: 2-5 days shipping time via USPS. No insurance coverage and no signature required. Available for orders up to 1 pound only. Your final invoice will be adjusted to UPS Ground for orders weighing more than 1 pound. 

Priority Mail: 1-3 days shipping time via USPS. No insurance coverage and no signature required. 

Priority Express: 1-2 days shipping time via USPS. No insurance coverage and no signature required.

*Please note that for office buildings, the postal service will not bring the package to the suite number. They will leave all packages in the buildings lock box for retrieval. 

 

UPS Ground: 1-5 business days (see map) guaranteed delivery by end of day. Insurance coverage and signature required for business addresses. 

UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days guaranteed delivery by end of day. Recommended for East Coast and Southern states only. Insurance coverage and signature required for business addresses. 

2nd Day Air: 2 business days guaranteed delivery by end of day. Insurance coverage and signature required for business addresses. 

2nd Day Air AM: 2 business days guaranteed delivery by 10:30 AM of second day. For business addresses only. Insurance coverage and signature required. 

Next Day Air: 1 business day guaranteed delivery by 10:30 AM of next morning. Insurance coverage and signature required for business addresses. 

Next Day Saver: 1 business day guaranteed delivery by 3 PM of next day. Insurance coverage and signature required for business addresses. 

Next Day Early AM: 1 business day guaranteed delivery by 8 AM of next day. Insurance coverage and signature required for business addresses. 

Please call for Saturday delivery service as this is not available online. 

 

Tracking

We provide the tracking numbers with links so that you can log in at anytime after your order has shipped for latest information. For orders placed via telephone, your invoice is emailed to you with a tracking link. 

For quick tracking info, please use the tracking number links we provide on your invoice or online account. Check your account or your email first as calling our offices may cause a delay in response.

We do not have more information than what is shown with the tracking links. Please do contact us if there is a delay past the delivery time so that we can initiate a claim, issue a refund and ship another order if necessary. 818-997-8810, ext 0.  

 

Additional Comments:
1. For International orders all duties and charges are the customer’s responsibility.

2. We cannot guarantee the performance of any carrier and will not be held liable for any shipment delays or errors that are the responsibility of the carrier. We will refund the shipping costs if the carrier is responsible for the delay and work with you to get your order on time. 

3. If we make a mistake or delay from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as on your order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 24 hours after receipt of your shipment.
