Custom Hair Orders:

• The standard production time for custom European bulk hair or hand-tied hair extensions is 7 to 10 business days. Expected delivery time will be approximately 2 weeks. Shipping time is determined by the service selected (Overnight, 2nd Day, 3-Day Select or Ground services).
• The stylist will be contacted if an order will take longer than the usual delivery time.
• We accept RUSH orders for an additional fee of 35% of total invoice value

Ready Made Products:

• Orders received by 2pm PST will be shipped same day via UPS according to the service selected.
• The salon or stylist will be contacted if an order will take longer than the usual delivery time or if an item is currently out of stock

Setting up an account

• Fill out the New Account Registration Form and send with a copy of your cosmetologist license or business license.

• Prior to placing your first "custom hair order" we require a signed copy of our Return Policy.

Payment

• We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and UPS COD- money order/cashiers check.
• For new accounts: Custom orders for more than $500 will require a 50% deposit prior to beginning production. Deposits will be accepted by money order or bank cashier’s check only.
• For International orders up to $500 we accept all major credit cards.
• For International order of $500 or more we accept bank wire payments only prior to beginning production. A $35 handling charge is added to each order to cover all bank transaction fees.

Shipping

• All domestic orders are shipped via UPS with your choice of service from ground to express. Insurance is required and included in the shipping charges.
• For International orders we can also ship by Federal Express. Special requests to ship by any other carrier require an account with that carrier under your business name. All duties and charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Pricing

• All price lists are subject to change.
• Natural curly hair lengths are measured by full length, not relaxed length.

Ordering Custom European Hair

• Bulk human hair is sold by the ounce and priced according to length, color, texture and type.
• Complete a custom European order form indicating how many ounces, what type of hair, length, and texture and include a hair sample. If you include more than 1 hair sample or if your hair sample contains more than 1 color you must give complete instructions on how you wish to receive each color. If you send with your order a color sample with less hair strands than a color ring sample, or if you send a synthetic hair sample, we cannot be responsible for an exact color match.
• Once we receive your custom European hair order production will take approximately 2 weeks until your order is shipped. If there are any questions or concerns we will contact you immediately before we begin working on your order.
• Hand-tied hair extensions are sold by the weft and priced according to the width, the length and the density in addition to the hair requirements.
• Please refer to the Texture Guide when filling out your order form. Please note this is only a guide and we do not chemically alter the texture of the hair we manufacture. The natural textures we select according to your order may have subtle variations compared to the guide.

Sending Custom Orders

• Customers usually send custom European hair orders by post mail or private carrier. If you elect to send your order through the mail we suggest you follow up after 3-4 days to make sure we have received it.
• Local customers are welcome to set up an appointment to select and purchase hair immediately instead of waiting for a custom order. Please be aware you will be limited to the hair that is immediately available. Appointment is required – no walk-ins as we try to give each of our customers our undivided attention.

• Ready made hair extensions (Poly Extensions, Cylinder Extensions, Ready hand tied wefts) will require prior purchase of our Professional Color Ring.

All hair orders are thoroughly inspected throughout the manufacturing of your order and primarily before its completion. Every weft extension and bundle of hair is hand washed, vigorously tangle tested and air dried as part of our quality control procedures. Our primary concern is to make sure you and your customers are completely satisfied and therefore you must inspect your order(s) immediately after receiving them.

EXAMINE YOUR MERCHANDISE

Please examine the merchandise when you receive your order. Check the length, color, texture, quantity and quality according to the order requirements you submitted. Conduct your own tangle test before you install extensions on your client or send hair to another company for further manufacturing by shampooing and conditioning the hair.

OUR POLICY

Our strict return policy regarding custom made hair orders is due to the fact that all custom hair orders are made from raw hair to finished goods for each specific customer according to the order you submit and the hair cannot be used for a different order.

Custom-made bulk hair:

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your merchandise you have 3 working days after the receipt of your custom hair order to either call or email our company with your complaint. Custom bulk hair is subject to a 10% restocking fee when returning or exchanging. Under no circumstances will we accept as a return or exchange hair that has been cut, worn, chemically or mechanically altered. The merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Bulk hair must be in its original packaged state with band intact. To fulfill an exchange we must receive the entire order you wish to return first before we can begin production and send out the replacement. From the date you have received the return authorization number you will have another 14 working days until we must receive the package at our Van Nuys warehouse or your authorization will expire.

Custom-made hair extension wefts:

Ready made stock products:

Returns: All adhesives, hair care products and stock hair can be accepted as a full return within 30 days after receipt of your order provided they are unused or altered and in their original packaging. All products are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

No Refunds: Returned merchandise will be credited to your account minus the restocking fee.

Replacements: If products are damaged during transit please contact us within 3 working days from the date you received the goods. Please retain all products, packing material and boxes for claim purposes as all shipments are insured. You will be instructed if a shipment requires investigation. Please return the damaged item(s) within 15 days from date of invoice with the RMA number that will be provided to you.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges. To receive your new item we must receive your merchandise first before we can send out a replacement. We do not offer refunds on the original shipping charges nor do we reimburse return shipping charges.

All products, especially custom orders that are returned will be subject to a thorough inspection and lab tests to check and validate any claims being made by the customer. Within 48 hours of receiving a return the customer will be contacted to discuss the findings and final reports.

New Customers:

You will need to submit a signed copy of the Return Policy before we can process a CUSTOM hair order.
Return Policy Form

Lowest Price Guarantee applies to all items listed under Hair Extension Tools only. If you find a lower price, anywhere else within the U.S. on a new identical item, show us the lower price at the time of purchase or within 14 days of your purchase with our company and we will not only match the lower price but reduce it in 10%. If our own price is reduced within 14 days of your purchase, we will credit your account with our company for the difference.

• The advertised item must be identical in model.
• The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from a U.S. reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify.
• Quantities purchased from our company are limited to the stock available at time of purchase.

Our lowest price guarantee does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, an item sold on auction sites and does not include sales tax and shipping charges.

Present us with your original invoice along with proof that the product you bought from our company is being advertised elsewhere at a lower price. Once we verify that the item is in stock and available for immediate sale and delivery at the advertised price you will receive a credit on your account with our company.
